After a fantastic, life-giving holiday with my family I am SO STOKED to be back pounding the pavement in NYC and have kick-started the new year by sprucing up with some inspiring people, projects, and places. Even got my tattoo touched up!
Friday, January 14th, I have the privilege in performing in a scene exercise of "The Lion In Winter" with two talented and lovely lifetime members at The Actors Studio under the supervision of Jacqueline Knapp, one of my treasured acting teachers. Could not be more blessed! Even get to wear a princess dress, recycled from my Madrigal Choir days... ;)
I've got two full weeks of auditions scheduled out there in the "real world" and am feeling so ready to get myself in gear and hit the ground running! Also, on Jan. 18th, I will be starting Improv Comedy 101 class at Upright Citizens Brigade's Training Center. Can't wait to get in touch with my funny bone. There will be a graduation show on Sunday February 13th at 12pm, at 307 2 26th st b/w 8th and 9th ave. Please come check it out!
Also, check out my newly refurbished professional website at www.jeannejoeperrone.com. Thanks to Anna Helenes for superb design! She's a graphic rock-star.
